“You reap what you sow”

For me that is chard and tayer leaf/elephant ear.

I cannot lie, it gives me a sense of luxury and sophistication to be able to go into your own garden and see what’s for dinner.

My first year of growing my own veggies and couldn’t be more proud.

Also, my website is back live again. And has transformed from a just a blog to the go to site for my coaching and any other endeavors.

It is still a work in progress. Like anything really in life. As I have learned, stagnation is not alive.

So no matter where you are, how you move, praise yourself for the fact that you keep on going. Even if it means taking breaks every now and then!
