Hero Dish of the Day!!!!!
I bought some chicory. I can’t remember the last time I bought, prepared or ate this veg. It was my least favorite veg when growing up. It used to be made with ham and cheese in the oven…I only focused on the toppings?
So today I felt creative and this is how it turned out.
Meet my new fav:
Chargrilled Chicory dressed with a homemade “pesto-like”, chili flakes and the special guest: Hoisin sauce!!!!!
It might be random, but if you know me, I like randomly combined meals.
It works in my mouth…that’s all I need!!
