Is that we have to take care of others first, make sure their needs are met for us to be a good, loving and kind person. And when they are all set, only then, we can focus on ourselves.
Yet guess where that leads you, after you have given your best and most to others? What is left of all that you had may not cut it to serve yourself, be yourself.
You may even find yourself too tired, exhausted of all the tending to others.
Lost in what actually gives you energy because you are so used to give all yours to others, that receiving energy has become an unknown concept.

I want to tell you that it doesn’t have to be that way and that now is the time to make that change.
Now is the time to take care of you first. The more you take care of you, the more there is of you and the more you can give.
I don’t want to say that it is now or never. Yes that “not now” may become a never. What it most certainly will do is delay your truth, your chance of more ease, joy, freedom and fulfillment.
So what I will say is this. Do it now before you are in so deep, you start to believe that it is too late and it will never be.
